ABSTRACT

The traditional Physical Education (PE) of Chinese minority, is the treasure created and developed by the people of minority in the historical development. With the ages passing by, the content of minority PE is extended.1 How to develop it and exert the value is one of the most important research items for the relevant experts after Beijing Olympic Games. People’s spiritual needs, some sports which are suitable for the people of different ages develop in the region of minority. Such sports are part of their entertainment life, such as martial arts teaching and learning organized by martial arts clubs, fans dance, national dance and drum dance, dragon dance, lion dance, Double Ninth climb, dragon boats game etc. All the activities are developed and passed on, as part of the life of minority.2
