ABSTRACT

The idea of Simulated Annealing algorithm (SA) was first proposed by Metropolis in 1953.[3] In 1983, Kirkpatric had successfully applied it to combinatorial optimization problems, and later spread it to the function optimization problem, thus, it become a general optimization algorithm. At present, SA has been widely applied in engineering.[4-5]

With the continuously increasing train speed and flow, It is of increasingly stringent requirements about heavy rail. At present, have large iron and steel enterprise production of heavy rail universal law. In order to improve the performance and

the simulated annealing algorithm. Solid annealing is a thermodynamic process, firstly heating the solids above the melting temperature, then slowly cooling to solidify into rules crystal. This process consists of three parts. Heating process, namely the enhancement of thermal motion of molecules, which deviates from the equilibrium position, with the increase of temperature, particle and its equilibrium position deviation is more and more bigger. Isothermal process, when the temperature rises to the melting temperature, regular solids is thoroughly destructed. Solid melts into liquid, now heat exchange with the surrounding environment, but the temperature is unchanged. The purpose of this process is to eliminate the possible existence of previous non uniform state in the system. This is a kind of high free energy equilibrium state and this is the starting point for the next process, i.e. cooling process. Cooling process, namely, with the decrease of temperature, the thermal motion of molecules is weakened and is in a different states. When the temperature is the lowest, molecular is rearranged in a certain structure, so as to obtain the the minimal energy crystal structure, namely the new equilibrium state.
