ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of information technology, the traditional paper-based archives management mode will be replaced by electronic information-based management system. Compared with the traditional confidentiality mode, electronic information mode has its special features. The traditional file management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of informationization. Further more, several egregious leaks utilizing electronic information have brought tremendous influence on the constriction of China’s socialistic modernization. How to do the confidential work of electronic files well needs great efforts from archivists.
