ABSTRACT
Generally, through the construction of a Content Management System platform, unit announcements of the latest developments and company rules and activity data will be posted to this platform. Because small government units usually have fewer employees, i.e., smaller scale, the audience for information dissemination is fewer, the level of enthusiasm when the CMS is released is not high, and over time, the system status is rarely updated.
