ABSTRACT
Substation centralized compensation mainly aims at the reactive power balance in transmission grid, which is aimed to improve the power factor of the grid, the terminal voltage of transmission line and compensate the reactive power losses of the main transformer however, the existing problem is that it has no substantial effect on reducing the wastage in the 10 kV distribution network.
