ABSTRACT
School-enterprise integration cooperation mode is developed based on “school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms of multi-level service outsourcing talent cultivation” [Dang Zhong-hua, 2011], it includes three macro-level, intermediate-level and microlevel. The macro-level is formed by government departments, supplying macro guidance for talent cultivation, to build industry platform. The intermediate-level is formed by industrial park, industry associations, vocational education group and so on, being responsible for implementation of macro policy of government, to build a school-enterprise cooperation platform. The micro-level is formed by the cooperative enterprise, specialty teaching guidance committee, talent training institutions, talent service agencies, specialty (group), college, etc., is responsible for the planning and implementation of school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivative projects, see Figure 1.
