ABSTRACT
Traffic congestion[1] is a situation which often encountered in the day life. It is one of the focuses of the traffic manager to calculate the traffic congestion and relief it timely. At present there are many reasons to cause traffic jams, and the dangerous driving behavior will be very difficult to deal with when it happens. Analyzing the driving behavior[2] caused by traffic accident by scientific and effective method, is a very important and farreaching social significance of improving the city road traffic safety level. This kind of behavior[3] is mainly consists of six kinds of behavior drunk driving, speeding, running red lights, forcible overtaking, overcrowding and fatigue driving.[4] In the actual operation process, the driving behavior are often influenced by multi-source information, no matter what happens on the road will have some impacts more or less.
