ABSTRACT

In the context of the Regional Water Supply Company in East Java, there should be efforts made to improve by way of organizational changes in order to build a sense of readiness for the operational managers to be the agents of change in the organization. This study will analyze the impact of self-efficacy and perceived organizational support on the operational managers’ readiness to change in the Regional Water Supply Company. The inferential analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program version 19. The sample consisted of 130 operational managers in the Regional Water Supply Company in East Java, using census technique sampling. The data obtained from the questionnaire was withdrawn with a 5-point Likert scale. The research proved that self-efficacy had a positive impact on readiness to change. It also shows that perceived organizational support had an impact on readiness to change.
