ABSTRACT
Information system (IS) primary purpose is to collect raw data and transform it into information that is beneficial for further processes. Main roles of IS are to support the competitive advantage, business decision-making, business processes, and operations. Each role deal with its own strategic level, tactical level, and operational level. In fact, it varies depending on the usage of the information as a driver of science activities. Decision support system is used for decision-making where the system will analyze and work on existing data which will project statistical prediction and data model. Transaction process systems allowed multiple transactions such as collecting, processing, storing, displaying, modify, or cancelling transaction at one time.
