ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is the most frequent form of cancer in females in the Western world (1 ). One out of 10 American women will develop breast cancer during her lifetime, and only about 50% of patients treated for breast cancer will experience a permanent cure (2). The reason for therapeutic failure is the development of drug resistance.
