ABSTRACT

The document examiner’s testimony reflects the culmination of the examination process and the findings issued in the particular case. Demonstration exhibits and the pretrial conference are two tasks that have been completed. Court preparation, Daubert hearing notification, demonstrative charts, and pretrial conferences have been discussed in earlier chapters in this section. This chapter will focus on the knowledge an FDE should articulate before the judge and/or jury to effectively meet the objective of speaking for the evidence.
