ABSTRACT
Following its introduction nearly 30 years ago (Rubin, 1978), multiple imputation (MI) has become an important and influential approach for dealing with the statistical analysis of incomplete data. It now has a very large bibliography, including several reviews and texts (e.g., Rubin, 1987, 1996; Rubin and Schenker, 1991; Schafer, 1997a, 1999; Horton and Lipsitz, 2001; Molenberghs and Kenward, 2007; Kenward and Carpenter, 2007; Horton and Kleinman, 2007).
