ABSTRACT
Technology is often developed within laboratories or centers or by individuals, and they want to see their invention distributed to people who can benefit from them. There are a number of ways to accomplish this, as will be briefly described in this chapter. In addition, technologies available in one country could benefit people in other countries as well. Transfer of technology within a global climate is important for raising the quality of products available to all people with disabilities.
