ABSTRACT
Monitoring of airborne viable particles could be considered as a specific form of aerosol measurement. The term ‘‘aerosol’’ means an assembly of liquid or solid particles in a gaseous medium (e.g., air) stabile enough to enable observation and measurement. Generally, the size of aerosol particles is in the range 0.001 to 100mm (1).
