While the liver is the major target organ, under certain circumstances, significant numbers of tumors have been found in lung, kidney, and colon.
Primary liver cancer, mainly hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), is one of the most common human diseases in Asia and Africa and among populations of Asian-and Hispanic-Americans.
