ABSTRACT
Gil is a frequent contributor to several industry publications and was selected to represent the United States at technical conferences in Moscow and Jerusalem. Gil received his BSEE from Pennsylvania Military College, MSEE from New York University, and the MSTM and MBA from the American University. Gil is currently a member of the adjunct faculty of Georgia College and State University, teaching several graduate courses covering various aspects of data communications.
