ABSTRACT
Kevin Beaver is Founder and President of Principle Logic, LLC, an Atlanta, GA based information security consulting firm. He has over 14 years of experience in information technology and has spent the last eight years specializing in information security. He has served in various information technology and information security roles for several healthcare, e-commerce, financial, and educational institutions. Kevin currently specializes in HIPAA security readiness consulting and training. He is Technical Editor of the book “Network Security for Dummies” by Wiley Publishing. He is also a regular columnist for the information security portal SearchSecurity.com, and offers his information security and HIPAA advice in the “Ask the Expert” portion of their website.
