ABSTRACT

The State of Colorado’s Stream Simulation Model (StateMod) is a monthly and daily water allocation and accounting model capable of making comparative analyses for the assessment of various historic and future water management policies in a river basin. It is designed to be applied to any river basin through appropriate input data preparation. StateMod was developed under the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) and Division of Water Resources (DWR) joint project called the Colorado Decision Support System (CDSS).
