ABSTRACT

The Sun is the main energy source for all living beings on Earth, and it enables photosynthesis and life. It provides natural influence on the Earth’s atmosphere and climate. Solar energy affects all physical, chemical, and biological processes in the terrestrial ecosystem. One of its products is also oil, the energy source of our economy, which is (compared to the length of our lives) nonrenewable. On the other hand, “pure” solar radiation is almost unlimited and is considered to be the energy of the future.
