ABSTRACT
This chapter presents an implementation case study undertaken at the municipality of the city of ’s-Hertogenbosch in The Netherlands. It describes how GIS is entering the mainstream IT of the organization by implementing the Urban Spatial Enabled Information System (USEIS).
