ABSTRACT
It seems like you can buy anything on the Internet. And in the anonymous on-line world, somedays, it seems like you can be anyone. This begs the question, if in the on-line world you can be anyone and buy anything, can you buy anything while pretending to be anyone? Can we combine the accountability that is required for a stable financial system with the anonymity that makes the Internet so appealing?
