Th is contribution discusses the effi cacy of telemedicine for elderly diabetics. Th e bulk of the evidence indicates that telemedicine is eff ective in improving glycemic control among older diabetics and in reducing the medical complications associated with diabetes. Furthermore, most studies indicate that older diabetics report high satisfaction with various aspects of telemedicine.
