ABSTRACT
Critical inking: Why do some communities bounce back and even prosper from disasters while others take much longer to recover or experience delays in restoring their ecological, social, or economic systems? How can we measure the potential impacts from natural hazards on social-cultural, economic, or ecological systems? How can we better understand how these interconnected systems within a community might be impacted?
