This chapter describes different approaches of noncontact optical tomography of biological tissues. Two main techniques will be described, their difference being in that each one operates at different levels of scattering present: Optical Projection Tomography (OPT) for small, nonscattering samples, and Fluorescence Molecular Tomography (FMT) for larger, highly scattering samples. An overview of these techniques and their applications of these techniques are presented.
