ABSTRACT
A distinction must be made between noncriminalized and criminalized bikers. The latter outlaw bikers are typically motorcycle club members referring to themselves as “1 percenters.” Among the criminal biker clubs, we find Hells Angels, Outlaws, Bandidos, Pagans, and Coffin Cheaters. The most well known is Hells Angels Motorcycle Club (HAMC), which is in charge of many criminal business enterprises all over the world.
