ABSTRACT
In the past decades different test methods were developed to enable a judgement for concrete prescriptions deviating from standards and technical guidelines regarding the frost de-icing salt resistance. The respective procedures were particularly improved thereby in their precision and in the correlation to practical experiences. However, there is still a gap for several test methods (slab test, CDF-test, etc.) between the results obtained in laboratory and the real concrete behaviour on site.
