LiCl (10 mM) was added 5 min before the start of incubations. WEB 2086 (100 μL), dissolved in ethanol/water (1:1, v/v) was added 10 min before the start of incubation (10 min, 37°C) by adding the agonist. After stimulation, the tubes were sealed and shaken vigorously.
