ABSTRACT
In this chapter, another important aspect affecting cloth motion will be discussed—the determination of forces acting on the cloth as a result of the relative motion of air over the cloth surface. The relative motion between the cloth and the air creates forces on the cloth that affect the motion of the cloth. It is easily seen that the fidelity of cloth animation will be greatly enhanced if suitable interactions between the air and the moving cloth objects are simulated.
