ABSTRACT
Geological and geomorphological investigations are indispensable when studying karst hydrogeology. It is impossible to understand a karst aquifer system without considering the lithology of the different geological formations, the stratigraphy, fracturing, fault and fold structures, as well as the topography, the karst landforms and the landscape history.
