ABSTRACT
A traditional task of estimating concrete strength using small samples has recently been discussed in connection with the new European document EN 13791 (2007). The document is intended for new as well as existing concrete structures. However, statistical procedures provided in the document seem to be rather different from those given in the material independent Eurocode EN 1990 (2002).
