ABSTRACT
The purpose of the regulations is the minimisation of the risk of using dangerous materials for terrorist purposes through which persons, property or the environment may be involved. Absolute protection can not be achieved in the transportation of dangerous goods, but security measures should be an integral part of the safety and quality management system of every company involved in the transport of hazardous materials.
