ABSTRACT
On any industrial plant, the preventive and corrective maintenance activities must be managed and adapted to the available resources. It is necessary to keep a to-do list of maintenance activities and prioritise at any time which tasks are to be performed first. The prioritisation is affected by external constraints like the availability of spare parts and access to the component to be maintained.
