ABSTRACT

It was used an in-situ regime of ultrasonic loading. Longitudinal ultrasonic vibrations with frequency fus = (5+7) MHz and intensity Wus ::;; 0.5 W/cm2 were generated by a LiNb03 transducer (35° Y-cut) and fed to the sample. The pre-threshold intensity regime was used. Switching off the ultrasonic loading led to a relaxation of all sample parameters to their original value in l 03 s.
