ABSTRACT
The concentrations of other types of pairs are x sv = 0.110 and x AD = x sc = 0.390. Although this result is common, it describes quaternary alloys with the zinc-blende structure (InxGa1_xAsyP1_y alloys) that show strong atomic ordering and phase separation in the epitaxial layers [ 1].
