Figure 3. (a) With increasing quantum lifetime the width of the i = 3 plateau increases continuously. (b) Plotting the width of the plateau as a function of transport lifetime does not produce a curve with a simple correlation. Samples grown with lower arsenic pressure for example show more small-angle scattering events and therefore the quantum lifetime is relatively large in comparison to the transport lifetime (these special samples are marked with a circle).
