ABSTRACT
Microwave lighting systems needs a shielding metal mesh to prevent leakage of microwave
energy and light-output loss of 10% or so. To improve the efficiency of microwave lighting
systems, a microwave lighting system that has an open light emitting aperture and also prevents
leakage of microwave energy has been developed.
