ABSTRACT
We report time resolved measurements using intense femtosecond pulses of near infrared radiation, in a series of n-type and p-type InSb based magnetic and nonmagnetic heterostructures. Our measurements provide new information on the carrier and spin dynamics in these structures with strong spin-orbit interaction.
