ABSTRACT
The transport measurement results for the InGaAs/InAl As double quantum wells (DQW) of two types distinguished by thickness of barriers and shape of QW’s, are presented in this paper. The beating-effect of the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations is observed for both structures. The model of the Landau levels energy calculation for such system is developed which enable us to interpret observed beating-effect.
