ABSTRACT
The effect of the third component depends on its own solubility in water. Obviously, the corresponding equation should be added in the system [see Eqs. (3)-(17) or (3)-12)]
and the dependencies of solubility of water and, in general, elastic modules and frequency of relaxation should contain the third contributing factor.
