ABSTRACT
Chain molecules show complicated successive first-order phase transitions, such as crystallization or melting between the melt and crystalline phase, “ liquid crys tallization” from the melt to liquid-crystalline mesophase, and various solid-solid phase transitions [1,2]. Crystallization has been well studied [3], whereas under standing of “ liquid crystallization” and solid-solid phase transitions is still insuf ficient and the mechanism has been open to question [4].
