ABSTRACT
Biosolids drying for autogenous incineration is most popular in Europe and Japan where cost of energy is high and the biosolids use as a fertilizer is limited. A substantial number of incineration systems there employ indirect horizontal dryers to dry biosolids to autogenous level prior to incineration.
