ABSTRACT
Equation (3.7) is known as the WLF equation, after Williams. Lande!. and Ferry, who first proposed it !40.41 !. The viscosity at Tg is often about 10 12 Pa-sec. Equation (3.7) is found to be approximately applicable to all polymers in a temperature range between Tg and T~ + I 00 K.
