ABSTRACT
The z1 values are the q}h quantile of a half-normal distribution (absolute value of a normal distribution). Equation (16c) is a good approximation of the inverse of the cumulative function of a normal distribution and does not require a table look-up. The half-normal plot is the graph of Cl~!vJ, zJ in Figure 7.
