ABSTRACT
In 1990 the Third National Water Management Plan for the Netherlands will be presented to the Dutch Parliament by the Minister of Transport and Public Works. This ministry has prepared the Plan in close cooperation with the Ministry of Housing, Physical Planning and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
