ABSTRACT
There is little experimental research in this field. In the rat and in the hamster, ethanol caused an enhancing effect on the modulation of pancreatic carcinogenesis by fat (Woutersen et al., 1986). In the rat, given ethanol with a fat rich diet, but not ethanol alone, induced ductal dysplasia (Jalovaara et al., 1986).
