Introduction

Each chapter is designed to provide, in its own way, a practicing researcher’s

perspective on what is important within the topic. Each gives entry points into a

more focused literature, and exemplars from that body of research. Part Two models

discourse, describing work exposed to professional scrutiny and critique: here we

briefly situate their accounts into the broader context of the six principles explored

in Part One.
