Software Description The software flow chart in Figure 27 shows the flow o f the software for the Auto matic Coin Sorter/Counter. On startup, the ACSC checks the sensors to see i f any coins are left in the unit and waits until the operator removes them i f there is. The reason for this is to start the ACSC in a known condition (i.e., in case someone took some coins out o f the unit while it was switched off).
