But the fast growing number o f companies and products (software and hardware) in the N N and F L M fields wi th applications in almost all areas o f hu man activity and the growing number o f new neural and fuzzy computing theories and paradigms are proofs that despite the many still open questions and problems N N and F L M are already wel l established engineering tools which are overcoming their teething problems and are becoming common computational means for many everyday real life tasks and problems.
