C. Medium Access Control Methods Based on the IEEE documents 802.2, 802.3, 802.4, and 802.5, ISO has standard ized the following medium access control methods ( M A C methods):
• CSMA/CD medium access control method • Token passing bus medium access method • Token passing ring medium access method
