ABSTRACT

Environmental monitoring embodies the need to address a variety of complex conditions. Chromatic techniques can be deployed in various ways for addressing such situations. A few examples to illustrate such deployments are presented. These include the monitoring of airborne, micron-sized particulates (PM10s), the compression and display of air quality data, the monitoring of conditions within anaerobic waste reduction facilities, the display of information indicating the progression of anaerobic reactions, the prognosis of outcomes, and the assessment of the growth of vegetation.
